Supporting Aviva’s strategy The scarlettabbott internal communications and design teams have supported Aviva UK Life in engaging its 11,000 people in its three-year strategy and plan.
The project kicked off in September 2009 and was rolled out in January 2010 through 1,400 managers in team meetings. Every single Aviva UK Life employee heard about the strategy from “the horses’ mouths” via interactive CDROM footage from the CEO and directors. They then took part in facilitated discussions around the strategy and their own department and team contribution supported with a workbook and card exercises. Feedback on the sessions so far has been excellent and we look forward to helping keep the Aviva Life story alive right through 2010. |
