Sharing meaning through maps

We have helped Aviva engage their workforce with our innovative meaning maps. The maps combine an impactful visual, group interaction and discussion in a highly interactive and fun way.

The meaning map tool helps create shared understanding through a bespoke illustration - around which teams of employees have challenging conversations about the issues facing them in their workplace.

We recently developed a map enabling Aviva’s customer facing employees to discuss and share ideas around making the rebrand a meaningful and positive experience for customers.

Our delighted client said: "The map session stimulated very valuable conversations and encouraged our people to share their stories
and examples of great service to customers. It’s a very interactive and engaging way of getting people thinking and acting in a different way."

Meaning maps are a great way to bring colleagues together to discuss complex business issues such as strategy, change programmes, customer service and brand experience. The maps can be used regularly to review progress or chart performance against your company goals.

We also developed a map for the Aviva sales force to share plans and generate conversations around maximising performance. The maps formed part of a sales conference for 500 employees and proved a highly successful and memorable element of the day.
