Senior Internal Communication Consultant/Practitioner

Due to growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for us… a multi award-winning internal communication agency with big brand clients.
You’ll be responsible for delivering and managing communication and engagement challenges ranging from change and transformation strategy, M&As and restructures to HR, culture and values programmes. You’ll already be a proven, trusted IC expert, with 6-8 years in-house or in agency, who is able to take on new clients, hit the ground running and add value from day one.
You’ll be an IC superstar with confidence and gravitas who can instantly strike up a great rapport with colleagues and clients. You’ll be an expert in your field, passionate about internal communication and commercially savvy.
Day-to-day, you’ll deliver internal communication consultancy, strategic planning, creative campaigns, event management, writing, research and measurement. You’ll lead complex projects and be responsible for outputs that are consistently creative, timely, within budget and results-driven.
You’ll grow your own accounts, manage suppliers, spot cross-sell opportunities and mentor other members of the agency team.
Reporting into the Internal Communications Director, and working with colleagues across Design, Digital, Project management and Editorial, you’ll manage budgets and get involved with business development. This is a full-time role.
